Shipping policy

At Lasting InPressions, all orders are processed on a "first come, first served" basis. We strive to process, print and ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Orders placed after 5pm EST, will be processed the following business day. 

We use USPS and UPS as our shipping partners and upon shipping, you will immediately be emailed a copy of your tracking information, order information and an estimated delivery time. 

If you have any questions regarding your order or the location of your package, we ask that you first contact the shipping company with the tracking provided. If you are unable to get any resolution from them (if your item is missing) please feel free to reach out to our sales team at sales@lastinginpressions.com and we will be happy to resolve any issues you may have.
